Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Freight & Large Item Shipping Due to the size and weight of our products (infrared saunas, hyperbaric chambers, red light therapy panels), most orders ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside by default. White-glove or inside delivery may be available at an additional cost — please contact us before ordering if you require this service.
